2 Speed Pulley System

Comes with original speed pulley for the 49 inch belt as well as a smaller pulley for a 46 inch belt that will make your legs kick faster.
This works great for when you are pulling your dummy slow for a new colt or a beginner rider.  Even though the towing speed is slow the legs will be moving at a speed easier to get in time with.  
Comes with top and bottom pulleys and the 46" belt.  The original 49" belt is not included.
